Dr. Rosen is affiliated with Hackensack University Medical Center, Englewood Hospital Medical Center, and Holy Name Hospital.

Dr. Rosen is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery since 1995. He was a Clinical Associate Professor of Otolaryngology at the Rutgers Medical School, NJ. He served as Chief of Otolaryngology at the East Orange VA Medical Center in NJ and as a full-time teaching faculty at the Rutgers Medical School (1994-2003). He completed residency training in Otolaryngology at the University of Chicago. He finished 2 years of fellowship training in surgery of the head and neck at Lenox Hill Hospital NYC.  Prior to training in the US, he also completed residency training in Otolaryngology in Israel. He is board certified in Otolaryngology in Israel as well.  He received his medical degree from the Sackler School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Dr. Rosen lectured in national and international meetings. He published in professional peer-reviewed scientific journals on various subjects in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Rosen was a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. He was named in the “Top Doctors” issues of the New York Magazine and the New Jersey Magazine. He is one of only few head and neck surgeons in new Jersey who are trained and certified in Trans Oral Robotic Surgery (TORS), since 2013, and the latest da Vinci® single port robot. He is experienced in laser endoscopic microsurgery technique for voice preserving surgery of the larynx.
